Is there an organizations that will take highlighted hair?

I wanna grow out my hair and donate it to a good cause... but i just recently found out that locks of love will not take highlighted hair. Is there another organization that will take highlighted hair? and if not i know locks of love takes dyed hair. If i dye over the highlights when i go to donate it, will that be acceptable?Is there an organizations that will take highlighted hair?
No. It must be dye-free, perm/relaxer free, natural hair. (aka virgin hair)

Donation Guidelines:





* Hair needs to be clean, dry and placed in a plastic bag.





* Hair must be put in a ponytail or loosely braided.





* Hair may be colored, but severely damaged hair cannot be used.





* Hair of all colors from men and women of all races, young or old, can be donated.





* Hair needs to be 12 inches or longer.
