The reason that they won't give you the money is because this will cause damage to your healthy hair, then by the time that you become 20 years old you will resent your parents for letting you damage your hair, Honestly they know what's best for you. Now you on the other hand wanna do it any way by using the real bleach then go right ahead Congratulations you are on your way to looking like a boy why don't you just cut it all off no just shave it because after you use the bleach and you keep trying to rinse and wash the bleach smell out of your hair your hair will come out in patches and then guess what ? you will officially be a boy, keep on trying to be grown, it will get you no where, sorry if I sound like a parent but that is because I am a parent, just take your time there is a reason for clothes bleach and hair they are both unhealthy. DO NOT DO IT! It will just turn your hair blonde like how Eminem's did. You can get horrible, horrible scalp problems, and loose your hair. Just wait more time until your parents give you money, and just even a little. Because then you can go to the store and by highlighting kits. It will ruin your hair. Since it is bleach, and not real hair color, it won't look like salon done highlights, because the consistency of the hair color they use at the salons, isn't the same as bleach! REMEMBER: BLEACH HAS TOXIC CHEMICALS! You sound young, so I WOULD NOT TRY IT EVER!

You CAN but it will probably seriously damage yoru hair, not to mention your parenst would probably be very mad. If they allow it buy a box kit at the store for $5, it will save your hair and scalp a lot of pain.

Bleaching takes the color out of your hair, it doesn't highlight it. Go and get a professional to do it.
