Color and highlight hair?

i want to color my hair a dark color but i also want to get highlights...does anyone kno what colors i can color my hair and what color highlihgts will look good with it.....i have light skin and light brown eyes....i dont kno if that helpsColor and highlight hair?
how about a chocolate brown with light honey highlightsColor and highlight hair?
brunette with like blonde colored highlights. try side bangs too!
black as the main works with many colours, the same with blonde. highlights seem to be best in clours like red pink and other vibrant colours
