All the major shopping malls in Penang Island have hair and beauty salon for facial and hair highlights. I'd recommend you to visit these two shopping malls - 1.Complex Bukit Jambul and 2. One Stop Shopping Mall.

No, the recomended place by the above person is low cost place. I recomend you go to Salon at Gurney plaza, or at e-gate ( hair perfect)
