okay so i wanted to try something new before school starts this year. i want to try a semi-perminant rinse because i dont want my hair color to be changed forever. can u use a semi perminant rinse for highlights. if so how do you do it. i have dark hair and i am african american. im the same color as my avatar. what color do you guys think i should use.
